To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. TIG is a great source of useful information, and it provides a platform for world wide interaction. Already I have made useful discoveries through TIG and I continue to do so, I have been able to voice out my opinions, grievances, publicize my organization and connect with other organizations with similar interests.
